Dawit Yishak Barata

My current role is Consultant Pediatrician at Haramaya university Hiwot Fana Comprehensive Specialized Hospital. I am extensively involved in both clinical and academic activities. My clinical role involves leading inpatient and outpatient pediatric and multidisciplinary team in caring for children from their infancy to adolescence. My academic role involve teaching, guiding and mentoring both undergraduate medical students and postgraduate pediatric residents in their academic and research activities. In addition to this I provide training services to clinical staff organized by UNICEF.
