As a mbbs MS ophthalmology ,mbbs at GMC Anantapur passed with first class, have done three years of post graduation in ophthalmology at Santhiram medical college ,Nandyal ,passed with first class grade . Currently pursuing as a senior resident in government sector ,able to manage opd cases like different types of conjunctivitis , corneal ulcers,foreign body removal , trauma cases,uveitis Diagnosing posterior segment conditions like diabetic retinopathy ,hypertensive retinopathy,Branch retinal vein occlusion,central retinal vein occlusion,central retinal and branch retinal artery occlusion ,cilia retinal artery occlusion,retinal detachment different types,neovascular glaucoma,glaucoma,optic neuritis,papilloedma ,etc Confident in slit lamp examination with different techniques, Has done nearly 300 cases of pterygium surgeries,50-60 cases small incision cataract surgeries,30 cases around phacoemulsification ,20-30 cases chalazion excision,5-10 anti vegf injections intra vitreal inj reactions,20 cases of Nd yag capsulotomy ,around 1000 cases of peri bulbar anasthesia . Seen surgeries like Ptosis , ectropion , entropion ,congenital cataract ,secondary iol placement ,lasik,prk,icl ,strabismus surgeries,Dcr surgeries Can do basic refraction,keratometry ,A scan,B scan , gonioscopy,Goldman applanation tonometry, Schiotz tonometry, Tried doing Oct ,visual fields,fundus photography I know how to manage post op cases like post cataract surgeries and follow up I can teach ophthalmology lectures and case discussions I can communicate well with patient patiently and can advise appropriate treatment to the patient with regular follow up
