I am a certified surgical oncologist. I evaluate the patients stage of the disease and plan. Mostly early stage cancers require surgery and most patients are cured by surgery alone, I also provide surgical treatment for the patients deemed to have early disease. The patients who are diagnosed with advanced stage require initial down staging of cancer with chemotherapy and or radiotherapy. The most appropriate treatment will also be advised. After successfully reducing the burden of cancer I again operate to remove the residual cancers for better control of disease.
