We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) Doctor to provide comprehensive medical care for women across all stages of life. The OB-GYN Doctor will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of conditions related to the female reproductive system, as well as the management of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.The role includes providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, monitoring maternal and fetal wellbeing, managing normal and high-risk pregnancies, and conducting deliveries when required. The OB-GYN Doctor will assess and manage gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infertility, infections, and menopausal issues, using evidence-based clinical practices.The OB-GYN Doctor will perform gynecological examinations, interpret laboratory and imaging results, prescribe appropriate medications, and develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans. They will provide family planning services, including contraceptive counseling, and participate in cervical and breast cancer screening programs.Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records is essential. The OB-GYN Doctor will prepare medical reports, counsel patients and their families with empathy and professionalism, and ensure informed consent for all procedures. Timely referral and coordination with other specialists and multidisciplinary teams are key responsibilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.The position requires adherence to clinical guidelines, patient safety standards, infection control policies, and ethical medical practice. Participation in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing professional development is encouraged to maintain high standards of care and support service advancement. Strong communication skills, clinical competence, and a patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role.
