I am a dedicated and professional consultant physician and diabetologist with a Gold Medal in MD (Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine), complemented by certifications including CCEBDM, AMCDC, CCPMCS , and an MHA. I have extensive experience in both clinical care and public health program implementation. Over the course of my career, I have provided more than 20,000 diabetes consultations through online platforms and civil hospital setups, catering to both urban and rural populations. My work spans comprehensive management of chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and other non-communicable diseases. Serving a population of over 2 lakh individuals, I have actively contributed to organizing multiple health camps, community outreach programs, and research projects focused on rural health challenges. My contributions include designing and implementing disease prevention initiatives, improving maternal and child health outcomes, and strengthening the healthcare delivery system in underserved areas.
