As a general physician I am well aware of how to give a first contact consultation, giving medical attention to children and adults. I like to explain any illness to the patient so they can understand what is happening to them and what we, as doctors, can do for them. Also, I try to be in contact with the patient for follow ups, in case the patients start having doubts or questions. I have worked in tele consultations, therefore I am familiarise with the system.
