I hold a Doctorate in Educational Sciences, with training in educational psychology, educational counseling, pedagogy, and adult education. For 22 years, I have worked in education as a classroom teacher, school counselor, trainer, and mentor for students from kindergarten to high school. For 18 years, I also served as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Craiova, delivering courses, seminars, and trainings for students and teachers. Throughout my career, I have supported children, adolescents, university students, and adults dealing with emotional difficulties such as exam stress, burnout, low self-confidence, self-acceptance issues, as well as anxiety and depression related to school, lifestyle, and family life.
