My specialty is combination of personal and professional development for people stuck in their personal and/or professional life and I help them navigate the challenges they face, by helping them set the goals, create simple action plans and implementing each step, and me acting as their coach, mentor and an accountability partner. I have specialized in supporting individuals in areas of personal and professional development (enhancing self-awareness, confidence, goal setting, time management, and overall personal growth, followed with supporting their career/business/financial growth). I use holistic approach by tackling both causes and effects, so in parallel to their personal development (enhancing self-awareness, confidence, tackling procrastination, depression or anxiety, they usually face), I work with them in goal setting and putting together and implementing both personal and professional development plan (that might include career coaching (in case of career transition and challenges), business development coaching (in case they want to pursue to start or scale their business - in case they reached a plateau that makes them stuck) or financial coaching (in case they struggle with budgeting, debts, etc...) Every individual is unique, so beside group coaching programs I prefer to work 1-1 at the beginning, because after they reach certain level of personal development and start moving from their life/financial/professional plateau or stagnation they face, then they are ready for group coaching program. People have different preferences but my life and work experience confirm that in my area of expertise (when people are stuck both in their personal and professional life), 1-1 life coaching is a MUST, because every change starts from the mindset and though a set of small steps, so accountability that comes with 1-1 coaching is crucial in the first phase of personal development.
