Current roles and responsibilities: Description • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults with LD, including with comorbid autism, ADHD, epilepsy or physical health conditions. • Formulate diagnoses and management plans in collaboration with MDT • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, including rationalizations and deprescribing where appropriate, with consideration of STOMP/STAMP principles. • Liaise with GPs, acute hospitals, social care, and specialist services to ensure holistic and coordinated care. • Attend regular supervision and contribute to team meetings, case discussions, and service development. • Support the transition process from CAMHS to adult LD services where appropriate
