I am a psychiatrist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and confidential mental health care across different areas of psychiatry. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, stress-related difficulties, sleep problems, substance use concerns, personality-related difficulties, relationship issues, and adjustment problems. My clinical work includes adult psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, women’s mental health, geriatric psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, and child and adolescent mental health concerns where appropriate. I also provide support for emotional and behavioural difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, cognitive concerns, psychosomatic complaints, and mental health issues associated with medical illnesses. My approach is patient-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe in understanding each person as a whole, not just through their symptoms. I focus on careful assessment, clear communication, psychoeducation, and individualized treatment planning. My goal is to help my patients feel heard, supported, and guided toward better emotional well-being, improved functioning, and a healthier quality of life.
