Dr Arthi Bala

I am a medical doctor with an academic background in neuroscience, cognition, and neuropharmacology, currently pursuing advanced training in psychiatry through the MRCPsych (UK) pathway. My professional experience includes work in digital mental health initiatives and AI-enabled patient engagement solutions. I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that being able to openly talk through emotional difficulties, stressors, and life experiences in a compassionate environment can itself be deeply healing and meaningful. I value active listening, meaningful human connection, and evidence-based mental healthcare, while recognizing that every individual’s emotional journey is unique. My areas of interest include emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety, self-growth, life transitions, and supportive mental health care in a holistic and patient-centered manner.
