As a general physician, I assess patients comprehensively, taking detailed histories and documenting findings, with 100% accuracy, using EMR systems to inform accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plans. I provide health education on disease prevention and health promotion, and utilize clinical judgement in determining cases that are appropriate for primary care management versus those that require referral to tertiary facilities. I ensure to follow up on my patients’ treatments plans in order to monitor their progress.
