As a General Physician, I function as the primary point of contact for patients with diverse medical concerns, delivering comprehensive and continuous care. My role involves meticulous history taking, thorough physical examination, and the development of accurate differential diagnoses to guide clinical decision-making. I manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, infectious diseases, and respiratory disorders, applying evidence-based guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. I am responsible for selecting and interpreting appropriate diagnostic investigations, formulating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress through follow-up care. Preventive medicine is integral to my practice. I provide health education, routine screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle modification counseling aimed at reducing disease burden and promoting long-term wellness. I also coordinate multidisciplinary care by referring patients to specialists when necessary, ensuring continuity and comprehensive management. In acute and emergency settings, I assess, stabilize, and initiate timely interventions for critically ill patients. In addition, I maintain accurate and confidential medical records, uphold ethical and professional standards, and engage in continuous professional development to remain aligned with current clinical guidelines and best practices.
