As a General Physician, I am responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals across all age groups. My role involves evaluating patients through detailed history taking, physical examination, and appropriate diagnostic investigations to accurately diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. I treat common illnesses such as fever, infections, respiratory and gastrointestinal disorders, anemia, and musculoskeletal complaints, as well as manage chronic diseases including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other lifestyle-related conditions. I focus strongly on preventive healthcare by offering routine health check-ups, immunization guidance, screening for common diseases, and counseling on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modification. I monitor patient progress through follow-up visits, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care. Patient education is an essential part of my role, enabling individuals to understand their conditions, medications, and preventive strategies for long-term health. In addition, I coordinate care with specialists by identifying cases that require advanced evaluation or intervention and ensuring timely referrals. I maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. I am committed to ethical medical practice, evidence-based decision-making, and compassionate communication, aiming to deliver high-quality healthcare while prioritizing patient safety, confidentiality, and overall well-being.
