Hi, I am a university-trained board-certified internist/family practice physician with 20 years of clinical experience. I am presently licensed in NY, NH, FL, NJ and CA and via the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) I have applications for additional licenses pending in numerous other states of the union. Pursuant to the emergency declaration issued on March 13, 2020, and subsequently renewed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services I possess active emergency visiting practitioner temporary medical permits valid in the states of Texas, Indiana and Illinois. Additionally, there is legislation pending before the NYS Senate allowing the establishment of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact with regard to the holder of a valid medical license in NYS. Furthermore, with the Covid-19 calamity there has been a much-needed regulatory relaxation to encourage HCPs to practice across state lines via telemedicine. I write to you now seeking opportunities as a telemedicine/collaborating/review physician. I have considerable clinical experience with the treatment of alcohol use disorders with Monument employing various medication assisted therapies as well as the evaluation and treatment of various behavioral health conditions with Cerebral and Circle Medical via a telemedicine/telehealth platform such as doxy.me. I have also cared for numerous patients who have sought sensible weight loss with the use of the indefatigable triad of behavioral counseling, diet and medication assisted treatment including the GLP-1/GIP mimetics with Mochi, LifeRx.MD and numerous others. I have also partnered to further remote patent care employing remote patient management (RPM) for the conditions HBP, CHF and NIDDM as well as chronic care management.
