We are seeking a qualified and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) Doctor to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across all age groups. The GP Doctor will serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care with a focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and effective management of acute and chronic conditions. The GP Doctor will be responsible for conducting thorough medical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic investigations. They will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized management and follow-up plans in line with national and international clinical guidelines. A key component of the role involves preventive healthcare, including health education, lifestyle counseling, vaccination programs, and routine health screenings. The GP Doctor will monitor and manage patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular conditions, ensuring continuity of care and regular follow-up. The GP Doctor will maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records, prepare medical reports, and issue fitness-for-work or referral letters when required. They will refer patients to specialists or secondary care facilities appropriately and coordinate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential. The GP Doctor is expected to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity at all times, while adhering to ethical standards, infection control policies, and patient safety protocols. Participation in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and continuing medical education is encouraged to maintain professional competence and contribute to service development.
