Core Competencies: -Clinical Practice: • Provide comprehensive clinical care for hospitalized patients, focusing on early diagnosis and continuous monitoring in CTI and emergency settings; • Conduct specialized medical examinations, including pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work assessments (INSS); • Evaluate clinical conditions to determine labor aptitude and prepare required medical reports for compliance. -Public & Occupational Health: • Implement health promotion strategies, vaccination campaigns, and occupational disease prevention initiatives; • Coordinate home visits and manage community health education programs; • Monitor occupational and environmental risks, proposing ergonomic and ambient improvements for employee well-being. - Management & Safety: • Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams (nursing, social work, etc.) for holistic patient care and local health management; • Implement patient safety protocols, manage electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with hospital infection control standards.
