As an experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical practice, I provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. My work focuses on delivering accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuous health management while maintaining the highest standards of medical ethics, safety, and patient satisfaction. I operate a private polyclinic where I manage a wide range of medical conditions, conduct routine health screenings, and provide preventive care. My daily responsibilities include physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, chronic disease management, wound care, vaccinations, and patient counselling. I also coordinate referrals and maintain strong collaborations with specialists, hospitals, and community healthcare organizations to ensure seamless and holistic patient care. My background includes serving as Head of the Accident & Emergency Department as well as Head of the Polyclinic Department at Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH). These leadership roles strengthened my ability to manage medical teams, oversee departmental operations, optimize resource allocation, and uphold clinical standards during both routine and high-pressure situations. I have significant experience in handling medical emergencies, resolving patient concerns, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Beyond clinical duties, I actively participate in community health initiatives through the Tzu Chi International Medical Association (TIMA) and have led community service programs as President of the International Lions’ Club. These experiences reflect my commitment to public health, compassionate service, and improving community well-being.
