With over 14 years in healthcare, my journey has led me to focus on cross-cultural care and telehealth. I've helped to manage international medical cases, acting as a bridge between patients and top global specialists. I'm fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin, which helps me connect easily with patients and run clear, engaging consultations and webinars. Alongside this, my role at the Ministry of Health Malaysia has sharpened my skills in primary care and teleconsultation. I'm passionate about improving health awareness especially in chronic diseases and making healthcare more personal and accessible for everyone.
