As a general physician I am committed to provide full spectrum health care to all chronic illness to acute condition and preventive health.I have worked as a primary physician in a opd in rural areas catering to patients ranging from acute to chronic illnesses not limited to burns, injuries.I have also worked in hospital looking after preop and post operative patients carrying out wound care and gynaec patients and palliative care of patients and dialysis patients.Carried out screening for Chronic diseases.Have also been part of teleconsultation where I have managed patients of chronic as well as acute care and refferal done for patients if required.Have worked in mobile clinic across rural areas catering to acute illness.
