Through active listening, empathy, and nonjudgmental communication, I can help patients feel heard and supported and that is a key step in recovery. Also, I have the skills to analyse how different social and physical factors contribute to their wellbeing by identifying emotional distress early, provide counseling, and guide patients toward appropriate treatment or referrals when necessary.
