I diagnose and treat common illnesses, manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, provide preventive care such as screenings and vaccinations, prescribe and monitor medications, and perform minor procedures when needed. I also support mental health, educate patients on lifestyle and wellness, and coordinate care by referring patients to specialists when necessary. In short, I serve as the central point of contact for most medical needs and oversee long-term continuity of care.
