I am a caring and committed General Practitioner with experience of delivering high quality primary care to patients, from the very young to the elderly. I diagorse, treat, and help patientd to manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions with an emphasis on preventive health and patient education. I am adept at performing full medical exams, diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients to meet all their needs. My education includes both Internal Medicine and Family Health and as such, I am trained in both acute and chronic conditions and delivery of ongoing and comprehensive health care services. Rest assured I foster portfolios with my patients and this helps in bonding and confidential discourse, and therefore, better health outcomes. My training in clinical medicine covers diabetes, common hypertension, simple acute respiratory infections, common respiratory, cardiac, and simple Gastro-Internology disorders. Minor clinical operations, wound management, immunizations, and workplace health assessments all fall under my scope of practice. When appropriate, I work with other health care providers and specialists in a team approach to deliver comprehensive care to patients. I also focus on personal career growth and I continuously learn to fine tune my knowledge, skills, and professional standards in relation to the evolving medicine and evolving health care delivery systems. I consider and integrate the practitioner’s philosophy, which is the foundation of medicine, with the emerging issues in health care practice. I focus on the promotion of well being, prevention of diseases, and advocacy for healthy lifestyles in the community served. It is my responsibility as a General Physician to also educate and motivate patients to take charge of their well being and lead purposeful lives.
