As a General Practitioner I am focussed on patient centred care and also handling chronic conditions by giving patients concerns conditions importance and also handling common illness by taking detailed history of symptoms and family history and also detailed examinations of systems by analysing every symptoms and also initiate diagnosis both imaging and testing based on symptoms and differential diagnosis and also early recognition of emergency cases and need for starting immediate steps and referrals needed. I also need to collaborate with specialist if referral needed and join in meeting regarding patient health and also making tailored treatment plan .I also needed to update about new technology in diagnosis and treatment so needed to attend cme ,medical conference and online classses.
