I am a dedicated Diabetes Specialist with a focused interest in the Ayurvedic understanding and integrative management of diabetes (Prameha/Madhumeha). My practice emphasizes Ahara (dietary regulation), Vihara (lifestyle modification), and Aushadhi (Ayurvedic medicines) as the core pillars of diabetes management. Special focus is given to weight management, insulin resistance reduction, and correction of digestive and metabolic imbalance. Panchakarma-based supportive therapies are advised selectively to enhance metabolism and improve glycemic stability.
I strongly believe that diabetes is a lifestyle and metabolic disorder requiring long-term discipline rather than short-term medication alone. Patient education, self-monitoring, and sustainable lifestyle changes are central to my treatment philosophy. Preventive care for diabetes-related complications such as neuropathy, kidney dysfunction, fatigue, and recurrent infections is addressed through early intervention and holistic management.
My goal is to help patients achieve stable blood sugar control, reduce dependency on long-term medication where appropriate, and improve overall health and quality of life through ethical, personalized, and evidence-informed Ayurvedic diabetes care.
